All of the umbilical cord derived mesenchymal stem cells are handled from the beginning to the end by specially trained and experienced scientists who ensure that the cells were labelled, transported, isolated and expanded in a professional and sterile manner.
We utilize the most modern method of stem cell production to produce good and viable stem cells. During cell expansion, we will test for infectious diseases, heredity defects and tissue problems.
In addition, we will perform tests to check the stem cells for appropriate surface markers and to determine the stemness of the cells. We will send the expanded stem cells to test for bacterial culture, fungal culture and mycoplasma before releasing the cells for treatment.
If the stem cells fail any one of the tests above, the cells will be discarded and new stem cells will be isolated. All the above mentioned tests are performed to ensure that we only provide you with the purest stem cells which are free from contamination.
Our stem cells approved by ministry of health.
Our clinics procure their stem cells from laboratories that utilize the most modern methods of stem cell production, in that the facility must be GLP (good laboratory practice) approved. This means that it has to have an international accreditation recognized by first-world medical authorities.
Quality cannot be compromised when injecting biological preparations into human beings, so production only occurs in a sterile environment free of infections and contaminants.
The stem cells are ordered specifically for each patient then packaged into vials, frozen in liquid nitrogen and sent to our storage facility where they are stored prior to each patient’s arrival. Infectious disease status: all batches of stem cells are negative for HIV - 1 & 2, HBV, HCV, CMV IgG are accepted for use. This means we screen rigorously for any viral infections and all batches of stem cells come with a certification of analysis, which each patient will receive a copy of.
